Lemon Balm

Found in the wild, its aroma is unique – it smells of honey! In its cultivated variety, more particularly lemon! Especially popular outside Greece. One reason why it was not so widespread in Greece is that it was difficult to find inthe wild - due to its amazing nature, every kind of plant-eating animal of the countryside would get to it before man could!
